Delivery Information


Delivery is free on stationery orders over £50 (ex VAT). Because our prices are so competitive, orders under £50, will incur a delivery charge. If you’re near that order level, it’s worth looking around your office to see if you need anything else that will help you take advantage of free delivery.

Lead Times:

Almost all of our products are available on a next working day basis and as long as we receive your order before 5 pm your items should arrive on the next working day.


We deliver to all of mainland UK, including next working day delivery to most areas of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales as well as the Isle of Wight. Deliveries to the Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man may incur a charge of £22.50 and may take 2-3 business days.

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to deliver to the Channel Islands or PO Box addresses.


Due to their size and weight, our furniture items are stored in another location and they are delivered separately at a cost of £20 on orders below £300 (ex VAT). They generally take 3-5 working days but we are always trying hard to improve this and in some instances, you’ll get them sooner. Furniture deliveries to the Highland & Islands and the Isle of Man have to be shipped by pallet and will incur a charge of £70

Vouchers and Rewards:

Depending on the type of voucher or reward, items may be despatched through couriers or sent by post. You should get them within a week but in certain cases delivery may take up to 28 days.

Making Deliveries:

All our deliveries require a signature so please ensure that someone is around to receive your items. Deliveries will be made between 9am and 6pm.

Our drivers will make every effort to deliver to the address on the order, so if appropriate, please make sure you include your floor or any other detail that might be useful.

When it come to delivering heavy and oversize items such as Furniture and Safes, our drivers are only insured to deliver to the ground floor and then only if there is reasonable access. Please note that large or unusually heavy items may incur an extra delivery charge.

Missing order/items:

When you receive your delivery, please check that everything you’ve ordered has arrived. Furniture and some large or bulky items usually come separately and may take a little longer, so bear this in mind if you think anything might be missing. If you are sure that something is missing from your order please report it to us as soon as possible (Click here to report missing items). As long as you contact us within 3 working days of your delivery arriving, we will send you the missing item on the day we hear from you.
